Snack: a cup of green tea without sugar, 2 tea cookies.
Dinner: a soft-boiled egg, 200 g peas, 2 plums and 80 g unsalted bread.
Day 4
Snack: a cup of green tea without sugar, 2 plums.
Lunch: a salad with 100 g boiled red beans, 300 g fennel leafs, a teaspoon of olive oil and a small fruit salad.
Snack: nonfat yogurt.
Dinner: 100 g mozzarella, 2 Dutch celery stalks, a teaspoon of olive oil and a little pepper, 80 g unsalted bread.
Day 5
Snack: 100 g red fruit.
Lunch: 100 g boiled salmon, 30 g boiled wheat, 300 g fennel leafs, a small fruit salad.
Snack: a cup of green tea without sugar and non-fat yogurt.
Dinner: 125 g mozzarella, 200 g boiled spinach, 100 g berries, and 50 g unsalted bread.
